Returns & Exchange

Delivery / Shipping: Currently we offer free door-step delivery in the 92127 zip code or customers can pick-up items at our San Diego location.  Pick up address will be sent via email once order is processed.  Shipping option is coming soon!

When we offer Shipping: At this time, we do not offer shipping outside of the US, including Hawaii and Alaska. 

Orders of in-stock inventory will be fulfilled within 4-5 business days (excluding holidays). Please note, your order may encounter delays once shipped due to reasons out of our control. Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order. Oak and Ivy Collection cannot be held responsible for damages, delays or additional charges incurred during shipping. 

Returns and Refunds: If for some reason you are not satisfied with the items purchased from Oak and Ivy Collection, items may be returned within 15 days of purchase for a full refund, an exchange, or store credit. The 15 days is calculated from when you receive your item to when you request a return. Merchandise will only be accepted if it is in its original condition and packaging with any tags still attached. Returns that have been used, damaged, soiled, or altered may not be accepted for a return. All returns must be pre authorized.  Please email info@oakandivycollection@gmail.com to initiate a return.

Return Shipping Costs: All shipping costs are non-refundable and all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.  Shipping is a third party service and these fees are paid directly to the carrier for transport of goods.  Oak and Ivy Collection is unable to process refunds for returns we do not receive.  Please allow 7 days from the day we receive your return for your return to be processed. 

Damaged or Incorrect Items: Please inspect your item upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective, or if you receive an incorrect item. Claims of damaged or defective products must be filed within 48 hours of delivery. Please email info@oakandivycollection.com to notify us so we can make it right.  Once approved we can send out a replacement item or issue a refund. 

For damages on freight items please take photos of the packaging/product and send them to info@oakandivycollection.com within 48 hours. Failure to report damage promptly restricts and may completely prevent our ability to process your claim.

Lost or Stolen Orders: Oak and Ivy Collection is not responsible for lost, stolen, missing, or mis-delivered parcels.  Lost or stolen packages should be reported to the carrier.  Packages returned to Oak and Ivy Collection due to incomplete or incorrect address will be the responsibility of the customer. 

Any custom orders, sale items, all books, or personal care items such as beauty products, are FINAL SALE and not eligible for returns or exchanges. 

Refunds: Once we receive your return we will inspect the item and notify you that we received it and confirm return approval. Please allow 7 days from the day we receive your return for your return to be processed.  If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original form of payment.  Please note it can take some time for your credit card company or bank to process and post the refund.
